White Christmas Cookie Cocktail
A slightly sweet, rich, and boozey vodka-based cocktail that is perfect for the holidays!
- 2 oz. vodka I used Georgian Bay Vodka
- 1 oz. Crème de Cacao
- 2 oz. sweet condensed milk
- 2 oz. heavy whipping cream or half and half
- 5 graham crackers
- cinnamon for garnish
- corn syrup
- ice cubes
Use a food processor to turn graham crackers into a fine crumble. Pour into a saucer.
Add corn syrup to another small saucer. Dip the rim of a lowball glass into the corn syrup, coating evenly, and then dip the glass into the graham cracker crumble. Add ice to glass.
Add vodka, Crème de Cacao, condensed milk, and cream to a cocktail shaker with ice. Cover and shake rigorously until chilled all the way through.
Strain into glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a pinch of cinnamon on top. Serve and enjoy!
